RE-GROUT & RE-CAULKING
In tub surrounds/walk in showers (vanity/floors) grout joints will typically begin to deteriorate and
discolor over time while your tiles themselves never lose their original beauty and shine. Our
process of grout removal and replacement will give you that "new" look at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Re-caulking tubs or shower pan should be replaced every time a regrout is done.
The job is performed in 1 day, allowing our customer full use of the shower again within 24 hours of completion.

LEAKY SHOWER REPAIR / WATER DAMAGE
If your shower leaks we can help. There's one way to fix a Leaky Tile Shower if you have missing or cracked grout, and that is re-grout the entire shower/shower pan, re-seal with a 511 impregnator or epoxy color seal the grout, depends on if it is sanded or non-sanded grout. Once it is sealed then it would be caulked with 100% silicone this should fix the problem.

Why do we use epoxy grout in restaurant floors? Unlike common cement grout, epoxy grout is not weakened by acidic grease that is very common in restaurants. It’s virtually bulletproof in
terms of durability. It works with quarry tile, porcelain tile, ceramic tile and  stone tile.
If you need tile repair or tile replacement, we can also do this after hours at the same time,
so that any missing tiles will be fixed. We use speed set mortar to cut down on drying time.

Epoxy Color Searer is a 10 year sealer that is painted on the grout joints and comes in  all colors. We can also match any grout color.
